Meet the Owners
Anwar Bonimy
As the Founder and President of True Shield Security Services, Anwar oversees all business operations, strategic growth initiatives, and client partnerships. With over 25 years of experience in the security industry, Anwar brings deep expertise in operational management, business development, and leading large-scale security teams.
Balwinder Bhatia
As President & Co‑Founder of True Shield Security Services, Balwinder oversees all core security operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management across teams and sites. He leads the development and enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures and Post Orders, maintaining the highest levels of operational integrity. His responsibilities include full oversight of fleet and equipment procurement, maintenance, and asset readiness. He also manages company-wide scheduling, ensuring efficient workforce deployment and strict compliance with Ontario’s Employment Standards Act.
Harsimran Singh Bajwa
As President & Co-Founder of True Shield Security Services, he leads its strategic direction, growth, and client-focused vision. He oversees business development, sales, and marketing while managing key client relationships and retention. Harsimran also directs HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. In addition, he ensures all staff training aligns with PSISA standards. His leadership is grounded in professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to exceptional service.
